Storm Drainage
Storm water runoff from impervious surfaces on private property is required to be directed to an on-site storm water retention system. This can be either a drywell, retention pond, or other similar method approved by the Building Official.
There is also a Storm Drainage system development charge of $174 per new house within the City limits to cover the cost of new public storm drainage facilities needed due to growth.
